Every customer's shopping experience at My Private Label is important to our growth. We want our customers to view My Private Label as a simple, fast, and secure place to shop and My Private Label staff as helpful and courteous professionals. Through years of experience in health products distribution, wholesale, and manufacturing, we monitor the reliability of the products and brands very closely by measuring their return rates. If we come across any product or brand that has an above average return rate, we will discontinue that product or brand no matter how low the prices are. That's our best policy to help our customers to get the highest quality products with the most affordable prices. Our quality does not stop after an order is shipped. We want to offer our customers the best service, in the Health Industry, before AND after sales.

We are not satisfied until our customers are.

My Private Label does depend on customer feedback and comments to improve our services. A follow-up e-mail is sent to customers about ten days after the order. Repeat customers are our best customers.
